In our ongoing effort to improve the quality of care you receive, MindWeal has launched a new feature that allows us to seamlessly coordinate with your Primary Care Provider (PCP) and your Counselor or Therapist.
To enable this improved collaboration, we need your help with a one-time update to your profile.
What You Need to Do:
Please log in to the MindWeal app and update your Primary Care Provider and Counselor information. This ensures your care team can work together more effectively.
Here is a step-by-step guide with screenshots to walk you through the process:

Log in and go to your Profile.

Click "Update this info" as shown in the screenshot to Update Demographic & Insurance Information.

Scroll down to "Child's Primary Care Provider's Information".
- Remove any pre-filled information under “Practice or Organization Name.”
In this field, enter the name of your child’s Primary Care Provider’s Practice or Organization.-
If the correct name appears in the drop-down, select it.

If it doesn’t appear, continue typing — we’ll review and add it to our system if needed.

IMPORTANT: Do not enter the doctor’s name here. There is a separate field for that. We’ve built secure systems to collaborate directly with your provider’s practice, so it’s essential that this information is entered accurately.
- Once selected, phone and fax will auto-fill, but you’ll need to enter or update PCP's First & Last Name manually & Save the information.
- Now, You’ll be asked if your child has a Counselor.

If no, select “No” and Save.

If yes, follow a similar process:

Enter the name of Counselor's Practice or Organization under "Office Name" from the drop-down.

If it appears in the drop-down, select it.

If not, continue typing — we’ll add it to our system after reviewing.

The phone/fax will be auto-filled.

Manually enter or confirm your child's Counselor’s First & Last Name.
- Save the information entered.

- Once done, scroll down and tap “Go to Dashboard.”
