# Accessing Your Treatment Plan on the MindWeal App
## Step-by-Step Guide to Access Your Treatment Plan
You can access your treatment plan on the MindWeal app to review:
- A summary of your treatment plan
- Current medications
- Current diagnoses
- Lab orders and instructions
### Step 1: Log Into Your MindWeal Account
Log into your MindWeal account using the app or website.
### Step 2: Open the Navigation Menu
Click the three horizontal bars in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the navigation menu.
### Step 3: Select “Care”
From the navigation menu, select **Care**.
### Step 4: Open Treatment Plan
Click **Open Treatment Plan.** A new screen will open displaying the following information:
**1. Medication Management:** This section provides a summary of your medication management and treatment plan.
**2. Current Medications:** This section shows the list of current medications, including dosage and instructions.
**3. Current Diagnoses:** This section displays the current diagnoses related to the patient’s care.
**4. Labs:** This section displays any labs that have been ordered along with instructions and next steps to complete them.
