Accessing Your Treatment Plan on the MindWeal App

Step-by-Step Guide to Access Your Treatment Plan

You can access your treatment plan on the MindWeal app to review:

  • A summary of your treatment plan
  • Current medications
  • Current diagnoses
  • Lab orders and instructions

Step 1: Log Into Your MindWeal Account

Log into your MindWeal account using the app or website.

Step 2: Open the Navigation Menu

Click the three horizontal bars in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the navigation menu.

 

Step 3: Select “Care”

From the navigation menu, select Care.

 

Step 4: Open Treatment Plan

Click Open Treatment Plan. A new screen will open displaying the following information:

1. Medication Management: This section provides a summary of your medication management and treatment plan.

2. Current Medications: This section shows the list of current medications, including dosage and instructions.

3. Current Diagnoses: This section displays the current diagnoses related to the patient’s care.

4. Labs: This section displays any labs that have been ordered along with instructions and next steps to complete them.
