## Use secure messaging to reach out to MindWeal support to get answers to your queries
**The Secure Messaging feature in MindWeal is built to help users find answers to their questions easily. You can use this feature to find the required information, contact support or refill medications.**
- **On the Dashboard, simply click on the Message icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.**
