Step-by-Step Guide to add a new child to MindWeal Platform and begin their care journey
If your child, who has never been seen at BanCAPs or MindWeal, is a sibling of a current active MindWeal patient with the same Primary Guardian, this guide will walk you through the steps to add them to the platform and complete their onboarding process seamlessly. Follow these simple steps:
- Log into your MindWeal account.
- Click My Profile
- Click View All

Select the Child
- You’ll see a list of your children who are already MindWeal patients (listed by their initials).
- Click on Add

Complete Patient Profile

- Complete the Setup
- Once the profile is complete, click Go to Dashboard to access all the app’s features.
