For the most efficient service, please use the secure chat feature in our app for all refill requests. This ensures your request is promptly received and processed, as indirect requests through pharmacies can result in delays.
Customized Refill Coordination
We do not participate in automatic refill programs offered by pharmacies. For all refill requests, please reach out to us directly, not through the pharmacy. Personalized refill requests help us to maintain a high standard of care, tailored to your individual treatment plan.

Office Hours for Refill Processing
Our team is ready to assist you with refills during our office hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Please be mindful that no prescriptions will be refilled on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. If you find yourself without medication after these hours or on non-business days, we will address your refill request promptly on the following business day.

We typically prescribe enough medication to last until your next planned appointment. If you're on your final refill, this is your cue to arrange your next visit with us.
Commitment to Your Appointments
Keeping your appointments is essential for continuous care, including medication refills. Established patients must be seen at least every 3 months for medication refills. Missing scheduled visits or not being seen for over 3 months may impact your eligibility for refills.

Mindful Administrative Practices
In the event of frequent refill requests outside of scheduled appointments, we may need to apply a nominal administrative fee to cover the extra attention to your care.
