How to Update Patient's Basic Information
Step-by-step guide to update Patient’s basic information like address, preferred clinic
- Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner to access the navigation menu.

- Select "My Profile" to open your profile page.

- This will open the Profile Page as shown below:

Update Information
Information that can be updated from this section:
- Preferred name
- Preferred pronouns
- Address
- Preferred clinic location

Click Save after updating the information

- This will save the new Profile information, and a confirmation message will appear on the screen stating that the details have been updated successfully.

Information that cannot be changed from this section:
- Patient’s legal name
- Patient’s date of birth
- Patient’s gender
- Primary guardian information, including:
- First name
- Last name
- Relationship to the patient
- Phone number
- Email address
