Select "My Profile" to open your profile page.
Click View all
After clicking View All, you can update the following details:
- Patient Information (except the patient’s date of birth)
- Primary Guardian Information
- Secondary Guardian Information
- Emergency Contact Information
- Primary Care Provider (PCP) Information
- Pharmacy Information
- Insurance Information
Restricted Updates:
You cannot update the following:
- Patient’s date of birth
- Primary Guardian’s phone number or email address
