How to Update Patient's Basic Information

Step-by-step guide to update Patient’s basic information like address, preferred clinic

  • Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner to access the navigation menu.

 

  • Select "My Profile" to open your profile page.

 

  • This will open the Profile Page as shown below:

 

  • Update Information

    Information that can be updated from this section:

    • Preferred name 
    • Preferred pronouns 
    • Address
    • Preferred clinic location

     

  • Click Save after updating the information 


 

  • This will save the new Profile information, and a confirmation message will appear on the screen stating that the details have been updated successfully.


Information that cannot be changed from this section:

  • Patient’s legal name
  • Patient’s date of birth
  • Patient’s gender
  • Primary guardian information, including:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Relationship to the patient
    • Phone number
    • Email address
