How to update your profile information on MindWeal app

  • Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner to access the navigation menu.

 

  • Select "My Profile" to open your profile page.

 

  • Click View all

 

 After clicking View All, you can update the following details:
  • Patient Information (except the patient’s date of birth)
  • Primary Guardian Information
  • Secondary Guardian Information
  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Primary Care Provider (PCP) Information
  • Pharmacy Information
  • Insurance Information

 

Restricted Updates:
You cannot update the following:

  • Patient’s date of birth
  • Primary Guardian’s phone number or email address
