Step 1: Label the Bag

- Attach third MindWeal stickers on the other side of the bag as shown in the reference photo below.
Step 2: Prepare Brochure & Credit Card Bundle
- Count 25 brochures and wrap them together using a rubber band to keep them neat.
- Make a bundle of 50 visiting cards & secure it with a rubber band.
Step 3: Pack the Pens
Take 5 pens and place them inside a Ziploc bag as shown in the photo.
Step 4: Add Candy
Place 10 individually wrapped candies in the outreach bag.
Step 5: Pack Everything into the Bag
Place the brochures, visiting cards, pen bag, and candies into the outreach bag carefully. Ensure everything looks tidy and presentable. This bag will be handed over to the front office at the clinic.
Prepare Provider One-Pager Packets
Step 6: Staple the One-Pagers
Staple the three one-pagers together in the correct order: MindWeal Solution on top, followed by M-WISE, and then ADHD Testing. Create a stack of these stapled sets to carry with you. These will NOT go in the outreach bag — keep them with you to hand out directly to front office staff.
Organize for the Visit
Step 7: Prepare for Your Pitch
Keep extra one-pager sets (not stapled) in a separate file folder. When you begin your pitch to the front desk, take out individual one-pagers to show and explain the services.
Step 8: Distribute One-Pager Sets to Providers
After your conversation, ask how many providers work there. Based on that number, hand over the same number of stapled one-pager sets, each with a pen.
Note: The outreach bag typically stays with the front desk or manager. These stapled packets ensure the providers receive the key information directly.
By following these steps, you'll be well-prepared, professional, and efficient in your outreach. Thank you for representing MindWeal with excellence!
