This pitch is incentivized — payment for 3 hours of time to watch videos plus a $50 bonus will be given upon satisfactory completion and a follow-up meeting with Dr. Bansal, who will assess your understanding of MindWeal’s spirit and services Submit within 1 week of onboarding and complete follow-up meeting with Dr. Bansal

MindWeal Pitch Execution – Ongoing

Follows the full MindWeal pitch during each clinic interaction, including:

• Clear Introduction

• Ask to Speak with the Key Decision Maker

• Highlight MindWeal’s Signature Tools (MindWeal platform, M-Wise, Wellness Scores, ADHD testing)

• Offer a Presentation by Dr. Bansal

• Listen and Understand Practice of marketing lead

Submits the visit summary Jotform immediately after each office visit, before moving to the next stop.

Upper Route Planner Usage

Embraces the use of the Upper Route Planner app for efficient routing, better coordination with the rest of the marketing team, and integration with other aspects of the marketing campaign.

Scheduling MindWeal Deep Dive Meeting A 30–45 minute Zoom meeting between their providers and Dr. Bansal.

$25 per meeting scheduled

Social Media Content Contribution Proactively captures meaningful stories or standout features during clinic visits and submits them via Jotform — including a photo or short video when appropriate and permitted, for potential use on social media.

$50 bonus for each story selected for social media (5 stories chosen monthly)
