How to access Knowledebase articles

Step-by-step guide how to access restricted KB articles as MindWeal staff

To access Knowledge Base articles, follow these steps:

Create Your Account 

• You will receive an email titled: "You have been given access to content at kb.mindweal.com" from noreply@mindweal.com.

• Open the email and click the Create Password button. This will take you to a screen where you can set up your password.

Log into knowledge base 

• Click on the article URL to open the link to the desired article.
• On the login screen, enter your MindWeal email address associated with your account.
• If this is your first time logging in, create a password. Make sure it’s secure and easy for you to remember.
• If you'd like to stay logged in for future visits, select the "Remember Me" option.
• Click Sign In once you've entered your email and password. Be sure to store your password in a safe place.

If you've forgotten your password:

• Click the Forgot Password? link on the login page.
• Enter your MindWeal email address associated with your account.
• Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a password reset email.
• Open the email and click on the password reset link.
• On the reset page, create a new password and confirm it.
• Once you've reset your password, return to the login page and sign in with your new credentials.
