How to Register in MindWeal App

1. Visit MindWeal.com and click Sign Up.

 

2. If you're a new patient (you have never had a clinical visit with MindWeal or BanCAPs), select No

 

3. Enter your child's Date of Birth

 

4. Enter your ZIP code.

5. Choose your relationship to the child.

6. Select your insurance provider.

 

7. Fill out the Guardian and other required information on the screen. Please specify your preferences to receive notifications and SMS messages from MindWeal. Also review our Terms of Use (link to the terms HERE) & Privacy Policy (link to the policy HERE).

8. Click Submit. Once submitted, you will see this screen:

9. A verification email from MindWeal will be sent to your inbox. The subject will be "Please verify your email." If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
