      Steps to take remote ADHD testing

      Getting Ready for the Test

      Update Your System:

        • Download and install the latest version of Google Chrome on your laptop/PC.
        • Ensure your laptop/PC is updated to the latest system version.
        • Restart your laptop/PC

      Prepare Your Setup:

        • Close all other programs on your device.

        • Have a mouse (wired or wireless) ready for use.

        • Use wired headphones or wired earbuds if possible, or ensure a testing environment that is quiet & distraction-free to avoid interference with test results.

      On Testing Day

      Join Zoom Early

      • Open the Zoom link sent via appointment reminders 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
      • Our Medical Assistant will coordinate the testing session via Zoom and visually monitor your child during the test.
      • A guardian must be present to assist the Medical Assistant with coordinating the test effectively.

      Locate the Test Email from MindWeal


      Find the email titled "Remote ADHD Testing Test Code." This email includes a Test Code, Password & a URL.

      Access the Test

      • Copy and paste the provided URL into the Chrome browser on the laptop/PC being used for testing. Following screen will appear: 

      • Maximize the Chrome browser window to fill the entire screen.
      • Enter the Test Code and Password to start the test. Following screen will appear:

      Set Up for Testing

      • Connect your mouse, if it’s not already connected.

      • Plug in your wired headphones, if you're using them.

      • Test and adjust the volume for comfort. 

      Begin the Test

      • Following screen will appear: 

      • Click the Green Arrow to start the test

      • Follow the on-screen instructions as the test begins.

      After the Test is Completed

      • Once you finish the test, the system will automatically begin uploading your results. You will first see the following screen indicating the upload is in progress:

      • After the upload is complete, you will see following confirmation screens stating that your results have been successfully submitted for our review:
