What does wellness score and MCAT-i score mean?
Understanding the Wellness Score
The wellness score determines your child’s mental health condition based on certain criteria. This score ranges from 0 to 1000, starting from most critical to most thriving.
To learn more about your child’s wellness score, click on the Explore Details link under the Wellness Score section on Dashboard.
The wellness score window shows your child’s vulnerability based on the M-CAT, Guardian Survey and Patient Survey.
The score is divided into multiple ranges as given below:
- 0 - 100: In crisis/most vulnerable.
- 101 - 200: Critical.
- 201 - 450: Struggling.
- 451 - 650: Vulnerable.
- 651 - 800: Balanced.
- 801 - 900: Stable.
- 901 - 1000: Thriving.

Understanding the MCAT-i Score
The MCAT-i Score measures the intensity of the psychiatric symptoms observed during your visit. You can find this score on the dashboard below your wellness score.
This score ranges from 0 to 500, based on the intensity of the symptoms. The higher MCAT-i score, the less intense the symptoms.
Each range in this score has a meaning as mentioned below:
- 0 - 50: In Crisis.
- 51 - 100: Critical.
- 101 - 225: Struggling.
- 226 - 325: Vulnerable.
- 326 - 400: Balanced.
- 401 - 450: Stable.
- 451 - 500: Thriving.
