Activating sibling's account in MindWeal
Please note: This article only applies to families who were existing patients at BanCAPs (BanCAPs became MindWeal in October 2024) and had more than one child receiving care at that time.
During the migration from BanCAPs to MindWeal, only one child account was activated initially. This article explains how to activate the sibling account that was not migrated or activated during the original transition process.
This article does NOT apply if You are trying to add a brand-new sibling who was never a patient at BanCAPs.

Activate Your Child's Account on MindWeal
- Log into your MindWeal account.
- Click My Profile

- Click View All

Select the Child
- You’ll see a list of your children who are already MindWeal patients (listed by their initials).
- Click on the child whose account you want to activate.

Complete Patient Profile
- Provide the required information by following the same steps you used to register your first child with MindWeal. If you need assistance, refer to THIS guide for detailed instructions.
- Complete the Setup
- Once the profile is complete, click Go to Dashboard to access all the app’s features.
Sign Consent Forms
Once setup is complete, you’ll receive an email from DocuSign to sign the treatment consent forms for your child. Check your email and follow the instructions to read, review, and sign these forms.
For New Evaluations:
If your child, who has never been seen at BanCAPs or MindWeal, is a sibling of a current active MindWeal patient with the same Primary Guardian, please follow THIS guide to add them to the platform and start their onboarding process seamlessly.
